Bengaluru: Embassy Developments has recorded pre-sales of more than ₹1,800 crore from its 85-acre residential project, Embassy Origins, in North Bengaluru, within a week of its launch.
The company said it achieved 62% absorption of the units launched on September 16, with 477 homes booked across more than 10 lakh sq ft of saleable area.
Located north of Yelahanka, the first phase of Embassy Origins comprises two RERA-registered projects — Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve. Riverine has 217 villas in 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK configurations spread across about 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area, while South Reserve comprises 855 apartments ranging from studios to 3.5 BHK across about 1.5 million sq ft.

Together, the two projects have around 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space. The development is located about 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and is positioned as a residential project catering to North Bengaluru’s growing business and lifestyle hubs.
Embassy Developments said the project follows its ‘Natural Intelligence’ planning philosophy, under which the site’s natural systems have influenced the master plan. The development includes a 41-acre riparian corridor linking five interconnected lakes and around 4,000 native trees of more than 100 species.
Reeza Sebastian, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential, Embassy Developments, said the project had received one of the strongest launch responses in the company’s history.

The company said the launch builds on its track record in North Bengaluru, including the reported sell-out of Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II. It added that all RERA approvals for Phase I of Embassy Origins had been secured before launch, enabling accelerated execution.
